The space
The Luxury Villa is a perfect getaway for anyone living in the city who needs to reconnect with nature. In front of the famous Shawangunk mountains, our house sits on a 3.8-acre lot. With its flat plane, concrete floors, and floor-to-ceiling windows, this house is reminiscent of the famous mid-century "case study" homes seen in Palm Springs.
The south-south exposure allows for beautiful light and spectacular sunsets throughout the day! There are four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms in the house. Designer modern furnishings (Charles Eames chairs, Togo sofas, etc.) and a state-of-the-art kitchen are featured in the spacious living/dining/open kitchen area. There is a Nespresso machine, a Dacor stove and oven, a Kitchen Aid stand-up mixer, and a Le Creuset ceramic Dutch oven in the kitchen.

The Mohonk Preserve and Minnewaska State Park with its Shawangunk Mountains are some of the world-renown destinations just minutes away from the Villa. Locals call it "The Gunks." A variety of seasonal activities are available year-round on over 25,000 acres of hiking, biking, and climbing. Take an afternoon and venture out to the local vineyards. Over 12 local wineries in the area to enjoy. The trail has an assortment of annual events, including lobster festivals, jazz concerts, and more. Visit the Tuthilltown Spirits Distillery-the only whiskey distillery in New York. The Angry Orchard is located on the outskirts of Gardiner. Stop by for a tasting. Just a short 15-minute drive from the house.
Additionally, the close proximity to historic towns along the Hudson Valley, such as New Paltz, Rosendale, and Hyde Park. Plus many more. Sky diving at "The Ranch" located in Gardiner. Go for a jump or park and watch them land. A fun experience for all to enjoy.
The Villa is located 15 miles from the Mohonk Mt House. Go for the day and check out their Spa for a relaxing massage. Being only 90 miles north of NYC you can get the best of both worlds. This is an all-season area to explore summer and winter activities.
