This cozy cabin was exactly what my partner and i had envisioned. Extremely peaceful and quiet which is what we were seeking. The cabin is situated on a nice calm road only about 10 minutes from downtown Catskills. Ideal location if you’re looking for a spot not too hectic with all the privacy in the world. Everything in the cabin was spot on with the description and we had zero complaints. When we first walked in everything was spotless and in place as described. Definitely recommend if you’re in the search for a cabin that feels exactly like home!

5 star stay at this beautiful, modern home! We were a large group, 3 families, 9 people and we had plenty of room all around. The bedrooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. The master suite is enormous in size and very lux. The whole house in general feels brand new, modern but very homey and inviting at the same time. Probably the most well-equipped home we've been to - there was absolutely nothing missing and there was plenty of everything. The kitchen especially was out of the ordinary! Host was always available and answered in minutes to every inquiry we had. Easy recommend, book with confidence!

Had a lovely stay at this cabin! We were looking for a cozy, chill weekend and it lived up to all our expectations. Beautiful, quiet area where we could go on walks. Spacious kitchen for us to cook lots. Large living & dining space for board games. We did run into an issue on the first day - propane tank was empty - but they were extremely responsive and had everything fixed in a few hours. They provided a discount for the inconvenience. Extremely satisfied with Alluvion.

My family rented the house for my 60th birthday. We had 6 adults and three kids…the house is so spacious! Adults and kids alike enjoyed the game room! The kitchen has everything you need. The living room couch is huge which was great for game night. We lit the wood stove in the kitchen for ambiance as well as the gas stove in the living room… perfect. Loved the view of the cliffs from the front of the house!! If the stars align, we plan on renting it again this summer!
